GEOM pulls it into one place and makes it legible: assets, licences, operators, and the moves that matter, mapped as they happen. Holding the token opens the deep layers. The oracle, a signed, timestamped record other builders can plug into, comes next.
Where snow meets sky is a single line. So is the base of a balance sheet, a seam of rock, a block on a chain. GEOM reads all of them as one thing: a record of where value sits and where it moves.

Greenland Energy Oil & Minerals Foundation
A non-profit foundation registered under RAK ICC (Foundations Regulations 2019) and governed by the law of the DIFC, UAE. By charter, no income or property may ever flow to the founder, the council, or the guardian.
An association of operators
A community of oil and minerals exploration companies with genuine Greenland interests. Founding members are Greenland Energy, 80 Mile and USFM. New members are admitted by Council approval and gain portal presence, community programming, and access to the data-attestation oracle. Membership is reputational, not financial.
Value returned to Greenland
Each year the Foundation reinvests at least half of its net income, and may direct up to half to Qualified Recipients: non-profit research, education and community programmes tied to Greenland, at the Council's discretion. Value flows to the land, never to insiders.
Access, not ownership
The token is a utility token that gates access to signed, timestamped data. It grants no equity, dividend, revenue share, or claim on any company, asset, or the Foundation. The oracle attests to the submission and integrity of data. Publishing a signed record of submitted data is not issuing a security.
Join the association.
Operators with real ground and real data can apply to join. Members get their reserves, production and survey data signed, timestamped, and surfaced on the map the market actually reads.
